1. Cancellation Policy

KRYPTON BUSINESS MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains a customer-friendly cancellation policy under the following terms:

  • Cancellation Window:

    • Requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order.

    • Cancellations may be declined if the order has already been processed by the vendor/merchant or shipping has been initiated.

  • Non-Cancellable Items:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food items) cannot be cancelled.

    • Refunds/replacements for such items are only permitted if the product quality is proven unsatisfactory upon delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Reporting Timeline:

    • Customers must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • For damaged/defective items, the merchant will verify the issue before resolution.

  • Product Discrepancies:

    • If the delivered product differs from the website description or expectations, report it within 7 days for investigation.

3. Warranty Claims

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranties must be addressed directly to the manufacturer.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 9–15 business days.
